Southwest Chicago Christian Schools is a private Preschool-12 school system accredited by North Central Association of Colleges and Schools serving nearly 1,200 students among three campuses - Tinley Park (K-8), Oak Lawn (Preschool-8 with extended care), and Palos Heights (9-12) - located in the southwest suburbs of Chicago.

Student body diversification is represented as our enrollment/busing area covers 400 square miles with boundaries of 55th Street, Chicago (north); Lincoln Highway, Mokena (south); Parker Road, Lockport (west) and State Street, Chicago (east).

Every teacher employed by the Association meets the State of Illinois certification requirements. In addition, 52% of our faculty have a Masters degree with 66% of our high school faculty having a Masters.

SCCS has an 80-year heritage of being a parent-run school system providing a high quality Christian education program in the Reformed tradition which emphasizes the Lordship of Jesus Christ over all of life. It prepares students spiritually, socially, academically, and physically to serve society effectively and to glorify God by honoring Him in all aspects of life.

To enroll, it is expected that at least one of the parents be able to articulate a living faith in the Lord Jesus Christ as his/her personal Savior and that there is evidence of such faith through family devotions and regular church attendance.
